I saw a documentary on Southern BBQ - they take that stuff pretty seriously down there - and they have a rival with SC, if I remember correctly - Anyone know what I'm talking about?
This is the second BBQ map I have seen - SouthCarolina has a really good BBQ, better than what I have had here, but I will try a few more places to see if I made a mistake...
